Here is a 52-year-old woman with a clean bill of health, who showed 40% greater exercise performance on a cardiac stress test than most people her age, and who has no heart disease (but does have a new haircut):
Also bear this in mind: When I took the stress test, I was feeling ill, lightheaded, weak, and unwilling to push myself too hard. So I'm wondering how I would do on that sucker today, when I feel back to normal.
Look out, world. I'm coming.

Great news! That has to set your mind at ease! All of the hard work and effort you take at taking great care of yourself pays off.

You inspired me to drink green smoothies, try couch to 5k, and follow the Clean program so it's great news that you can continue to keep up the good work. :)

You look mahvelous!! And in this instance, it is better to feel good than to look good. But you kick ass on both sides of the coin and look fabulous!
So glad to hear it's not your heart--goodbye meds. Woohoo! My hubster has been on meds since he was 38 for a rhythm problem.
Go out and live it up!

Not only were you feeling sub-par, but you hadn't been exercising lately! This proves that you ARE doing all the right things. Skip the flu shot next year - your immune system is probably in great shape, and adding probiotics might be the only boost it needs. YAY NORMA!

Yeah. I have "episodes" that could be strokes, or not, no one seems to know. Otherwise I'm healthier than most 62 year olds. Small comfort, if you want to know. But we do the best we can with what we've got, and HEY! we've both got great haircuts! May we both live long and prosper and become Salty Old Broads.

hello. There‘s always going to be people that hurt you so what you have to do is keep on trusting and just be more careful about who you trust next time around.
Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the person, we will know how to be grateful.

My very first agent advised me “Shoot whatever you want; it’s what you’ll do best.” Back when I was naïve and idealistic this approach produced many arty pictures that couldn’t possibly have sold but enough useful ones that clicked to keep me trying and growing.
