Cinnamon buns and Norma gone wild.

    Adelaide

Did you exercise your editorial prerogative on this? Is there something missing?

    scoutj

    who is Jamie Dixon? :P

    Norma

SCOUT (looking all innocent-like): "Who is this Jamie Dixon of which we speak?!" Heehee. (Answer to those who don't know: IT'S SCOUT.)

    Norma

AH! Eagle-Eye Adelaide noticed that in my pathetic attempts at using prt sc and cut-and-paste, I left out a whole important bit in the middle! I've fixed that now -- at least I hope so.

And THIS is why you and I can never be Facebook friends, Norma.... even though I adore your blog and read it every day, first thing. But you see, my kids read my Facebook things...... and I'm sure they have no idea their mother likes cinnamon bun! (It is hard to imagine your parents..... with cinnamon bun, after all..... even though they are grown-up and 2 of them are parents themselves!)

    You really made me laugh!

That post was the first I saw yesterday, I was laughing, snorting, giggling and loving every comment! so FUNny! xoxox

Is there such a thing as chocolate cinnamon buns? This whole conversation reminds of an incident in our car (stop that, you dirty-minded readers) when our children were very young. We were playing a guessing game wherein someone presents the first and last letters of a word, and everyone else has to try to guess the word. Katy, who was maybe six, gave us the letters C and N. We guessed and guessed and guessed and were wrong every time. Finally, we gave up and asked her her word. "Circumcision," she said.

Aaaaand, the first two letters in the thingie you have to copy to comment were "f u."

Omg. This might (finally!) get me on Facebook - but only if you promise to friend me.

And here I was eyeing the mini cinnamon buns in the grocery store this morning. I'm definitely not a "mini" kind of girl!

    Elizabeth

I like my cinnamon buns with raisins and nuts.
Take that any way you like.

    gayle

Coulda been worse. Coulda been jelly donuts...

    Seanna Lea

    Well, cinnamon buns are gooey...

    Cookie

That Jamie, she's always been trouble. ;^)

    Patti

Great. Now I will not be able to stop myself from using the euphemism "cinnamon bun". The worst part will be that I will be giggling uncontrollably while I say it and everyone will think I have finally lost my mind.
