I got a message from Sara in Facebook the other day, with a photo attached. "Norma, I'm at ORD. Are these Ryan's hands?"
Well, yes. Yes, they are. And his elbows. (at first I thought they were somebody's legs)
Here are a few more to be on the lookout for if you're out and about:
The palm trees you can tell are hands and arms. But did you notice that the sand dunes are his elbows?
Yes, the waves are also his hands.....
Just slightly mind-blowing, eh?

Ryan, for new readers, is my daughter's boyfriend. He's a very busy guy and we're all very proud of him.
He is a superstar!

His portfolio is a whole lot more interesting than the standard actor-headshots, eh?

Very cool pieced artwork!

Speaking of mind blowing...Either Ryan has many more hands & arms than most of us, or these photos are not anotomically correct. I better have another cup of coffee before I get to far down this particular rabbit hole....

I saw a blurb in Parade magazine a few weeks ago about a Ryan who was a hand model, and kept meaning to ask if this was the same person. Very cool indeed. But now my hands feel old, too. =)

ditto what Gayle wrote.
I love seeing those ads, and it pretty much tickles me that I know who those hands belong to. :^)

The New Yorker came yesterday and there is a Blackberry add that must be Ryan's hands. I think you had the same picture of it awhile back. Would you like me to send you the add? It's very cool. The artist, designer, computer manipulator are are fabulous! The ad agency has a genius in its midst. How cool the job is Ryan's!

I didn't see the picture on your blog, so I'll send it to you! Very cool paint job. ;-)

I saw that snippet of the article in Parade and thought "I KNOW HIM!" LOL The internet has done strange things to our concept of "know."

So now he's not just a hand model, but an elbow and arm model, too! And I too saw the Parade piece, and felt so proud of Ryan - a total stranger who I "know"!
