I'll be silent for a few days. It's time to
make the donuts pack the chocolates.
And damn. I ordered a tensioned kate and a niddy-noddy, which will probably be arriving today, too. But duty calls.
Here's Sandy's yarn! It dried much better than I expected. A little 20-yard ball of love, with more to come.
Norma,
The paintball story is a real shocker. You do wonder about the safety of these so-called 'games'.

Slavin' at the chocolate factory - yum!! Our order arrived yesterday and the PA child was in heaven. Didn't like the candy corn though - so guess who gets to eat it? New toys....Murphy's Law strikes again. Gotta work and no time to play. I'm headed to SAFF this weekend, it's not Rhinebeck, but hey it's a fiber fest and friends weekend.

Fabulous job on the yarn! It's gorgeous! And chocolate packing... mmm... I SO couldn't be trusted to do that...

The yarn looks great! Maybe you can make some mittens with Sandy's yarn? Sort of a full circle kind of thing.
Have fun with the chocolate!

What's that hiding behind that pretty yarn? Are those little pumpkins that have morphed into yarn, or little balls of yarn aspiring to pumpkin-dom?

Yea yarn!! Boo obligations. Is it really work if it involves chocolate :)

So is packing chocolates like picking blueberrie? One in the box, one in your mouth . . .
Have fun!
Where'd you get your niddy noddy from? I need one, too.

Truly lovely. More, More, More! Make more!

Every time you mention packing the chocolate, I think of I Love Lucy. I don't know why... :)
Oh, and WTF is a tensioned kate? Sounds like some S&M trick. (I'm in a state of craziness today, you can just ignore me if you so choose...)
Don't be quiet for too long PLEASE!! I will miss you terribly. Or if you're gonna be gone a long time, then at least send chocolate. :)

Hey, Lucy, you and Ethel behave yourselves while you pack those chocolates! I don't know whether it's just Halloween, but for some reason, chocolate seems to be in season in the fall, just like root vegetables.

Oh, Susan, chocolates are ALWAYS in season! And of course I just HAD to order some of those nut-free ones. I'm telling myself that they are for DH who is allergic to all tree nuts, but who am I kidding? They'll be gone before he gets home from work the day they arrive, I'm sure.
Love the yarn, Norma!

That looks SO good. I'm learning to not evaluate what is happening before the process is finished. Always an interesting lesson!
