I'm thankful for so many things. I've got a warm roof over my head, clean sheets, hot and cold water, plenty to eat, and enough income to buy an expensive pair of jeans ...or three, if I want. I've got my health, I've got a fun job, I've got creative outlets. I've got people who love me and take care of me. I've got all of YOU. Many people have lost much of what they had, or they never had it in the first place.
Christie has taken on a project she has named the Cornerstone Project. She is collecting items for a shelter for women and children who, in addition to a multitude of other problems, have few or none of the things I have. Please go take a look and see if you'd like to help out, too. If you are a member of The Greater Good group in Ravelry, she has posted about it there, too. Help her to meet her modest goal of 100 items by January 15.
Happy Thanksgiving, Americans. I'll be posting on Thanksgiving Day, too. November -- and therefore NaBloPoMo -- isn't over yet!
A clear photo of the sunset on my blog can only mean one thing.
Details comin' up.
