I'm so sorry to hear today's news. Get plenty of rest, plenty of fluids, you obviously know the drill. Hope you feel better ASAP!

    Lisa

Oh, phooey. I hope you feel better soon. Get some rest!

    Paula

    Dear Blog,

Well, it's about time you learned to write your own posts. Give Norma my love.

    Paula

    Mike

The good news Norma, is that mostly the youngest among us are getting the flu, so maybe you aren't among us elderfolks who seem to be little resistant. I've been sitting amidst my coughing drawing students, and my dripping, sneezing grandkids waiting for my turn and it hasn't yet come (knock on Formica)! But that's cuz I'm a geezer!

    livnletlrn

    More knitting time?! :-)

    Feel better Norma!

Psst! Hot tea with orange brandy. It may not cure you, but you won't care after a couple. Feel better soon.

Thanks for the word, Blog. Tell Norma we all hope she recovers quickly without too much more suffering. That crud is miserable.

    kmkat

Yeah, clearly you were not around in 1957 to acquire the H1N1 antibodies like us geezers. Feel better soon!

    Angie L.

I got this sinus clearing recipe from a nat. food store a few yrs back. It works very well. 1C mashed taters, 1/3C minced onions, 2Tbs horseradish, few cloves minced garlic, and 2Tbs chopped parsley, salt n pepper to taste. Eat a few tbs every few hrs. Also chewin on those thin outer garlic skins a few times a day, unclogs the chest. Sorry for lengthyness. Feel better soon.

    Kayten

Hope you're better soon. At least you've got garlic!
I went to watch the grandkids last night. The middle one threw up ten minute after I got there. Uh-oh.
And I spent the afternoon watching the little one be a reindeer in The Nutcracker, so I was probably exposed to a bunch of things there. Wonder if I'm doomed?

    margene

    Sending you get well vibes!!

    marianne

Dear Blog, thank you very much for the update (and yes, it IS about time you carried more weight around here). Tell Norma I hope she feels better soon.
