On this first day of November, the sun rises behind the pin oak...
Most of our trees shed all their leaves yesterday in the wind and rains, so it truly looks like November around here, but the pin oak still holds onto hers....and Mr. Jefferies invites you to play a game of tug of war (one of his favorites) while modeling his newest sweater in Buffalo Brownski Peace Fleece.
(Don't tell him the real name of this game is "flossing his teeth.")
---------------------
Now I have to get back to my studying. The test date looms.
Such a fierce competitor! And such a cute sweater!
You're trying to turn me from a cat-person into a dog-person, aren't you? It might almost work...

Too cute! The brown sets off your eyes, Mr Jeffries.
Red and green would be festive sweaters for Christmas, just sayin'...

Yay, the pin oak is back! Good luck with your studying, too.

Mr J, you are one tough guy. And I bet your teeth are squeeky clean too. Now, back to the books!

Oh, the cuteness! - he is such a lovely little dog!

must.not.look.at.dog.
You're going to make me switch from the dog I was going to get Texas for Christmas and just get one I want.

How come flossing my teeth is just not that much fun?

You have sunshine? Yet another day of cold damp murk around here in SE PA. Neighborhood kids were totally bummed out yesterday -- the only Saturday Halloween in their "older" trick-or-treat years, and it was misty with intermittent downpours. AND the Phillies lost. Sheesh.

Is he adorable, or what? I have sunshine this morning, too. So nice!!

He has a big GRRR for such a tiny fellow!

So much to love in this post! That gorgeous photo of the pin oak (YES!), Mr.J playing, growling (hee), the BuffaloBrownski sweater, and like jewels the colourful leaves littering the grass, it's alllll fantastic eye candy :^)

That is the cutest growl ever! Mr. Jeffries looks very studly in his new coat.

I love to watch dogs play like this. Mr. J is one tough dog and will protect you from any dangers that come your way.

What a pretty day! Mr. Jeffries looks appropriately autumnal in his rich chestnut/mahogany sweater.

What a great photo! Mr. Jeffries definitely has it in the style dept.... maybe you need a sweater to match? JK

He's just so dapper!

Too cute! Lovely sweater! Funny, he's barking and growling like he's the big, bad, dog all the while wagging his tail like crazy giving away how sweet he is.

Seriously cute!

We have a 100 pound dog who also loves to play tug of war, so Mr. Jeffries has inspired a lot of belly laughs with his "ferociousness"... he does look much more dapper than ours, though - love the duds...

All these years I have been flossing incorrectly. Also, I think I have not flossed while wearing such a beautiful sweater.

He sounds SO ferocious! How could such a cute little thing make such a mean big dog noise? thanks for sharing :)

The Tug of War was a welcome smile on a Monday morning. It cracks me up that something slightly larger than a loaf of bread can be so "vicious" and snarly. Thanks!

To keep those teeth extra clean...get him another terrier to play with! My dogs play tug of war with each other ALL the time!
Tigger plays keep a way (his favorite game), but he can't resist letting the other dogs "catch" the other end eventually because Tug of war is almost his favorite game!

Love the new sweater. One of my dogs growled along with this video! She is usually not alarmed by dogs on video or tv.

the J man is dashing in his lovely sweater. quite adorable while flossing. '->
if i did that with my dog, i'm afraid his teeth would pull right out! LOL he's a very old dog.
