I like the new look (Grey background with bigger pictures - in case you change it from that before you read my comments:)

Looks good! I'm saddened to hear that Mr. Jeffries did not get his own coffee. OTOH, not that good for him....

    Love your new banner Norma!!!
I have banner envy. I covet your banner... I'm going to have to get myself one. Clueless how. lol
Have a great rest of your day. :)

Nice! (I'm glad you mentioned you were changing, though, because I had to do a hard-refresh to clear the cache to see the new one.) Love the red scarf, front and center--and Mr. Jeffries, of course! (Though we still miss Vincent, naturally.)

    Leslie

Lovely new banner although I rather miss Vincent being a good doggy in the garden...

    Manise

A hard refresh was done and omg you certainly have redecorated! It'll take a wee while for eyes to adjust to the left shift-lol. Vincent is gone! :-( I loved that photo of him "watering" les fleurs.. Can you get one of Mr. Jeffries doing that? He might enjoy that. Hehe.

    Lisa

    Looks good so far!

Great banner! I think you need an intensely colored background to balance the intense colors in the banner. The pale gray just doesn't do it for me.

    Amanda

    Love the new banner!

    Sandy

Looks great! Can't wait to hear about NYC and the yarn crawl.

    LaurieM

I find that the red right in the center is grabbing my eye and holding it there. Which is fine if you have columns on either side of the main text because I find it directs you to the main event so to speak.

When I first came to the site, both side bars were on the right, so in that case the red scarf seemed mis-positioned. Guess you weren't kidding about a work in progress!

Also, just to nit-pick, try putting the rose petal jam image next to the red scarf, followed by the tomatoes and garlic. I suspect it will have better flow.

    Happy adjustments!

Love the new look, Norma, those are great pictures!

    inglesidebelle

Ooooooh, it looks fun, mature, elegant and lively all at the same time! The darker grey background makes your banner pop!

    Mary

The darker gray makes everything else pop -- really attractive. Nice work!

    Kym

I really like the new banner. I especially like the photo of you on the left. It just looks so. . . you! :-)

    marianne

LOVE the banner!!! (although I do miss seeing Vincent)
love the photos, the green border, the taupe on the sides (Lovely!) the bit of...brickish or ochre thin line.. You've a good eye.

    Donna

I think it looks great. I love the dark gray with the green in the banner.

    Vicki

I love the new format. Love the banner -- that photo of you is so great.

    Elisabeth

Love the new banner and color scheme!

    Holly

Super pretty! And yet, sophisticated! Just like Norma! :^)

    JessaLu
