I can't even enjoy the wonderful looking men, it is too hot. I can't sleep. I hate that. Fricking hot and humid. Scheez.

    Cookie

He's cute, but he's not Clive Owen.

Hot and humid here. Kill me.

    Geri

No manly knitting here, but....this might be a good way to stay "warm"/hot this fall and winter??

    margene

Yesterday the temps were quite delightful but the heat returneth. This summer I'm soaking up all I can.

    Carole

I will not complain about the heat. I will not complain about the heat. I will . . .

    gayle

The heat really was a surprise, wasn't it? Usually by this time of year, we've had enough to get acclimated...
Nice pictures. Of the scarves. Yeah, that's it.

    Jill

I agree Norma. There's some serious "hotness" in that book. I love that it sells so much, because it gives me an excuse to have it in my hands so much... grabbing one for the shop (and drooling while I take it downstairs), pulling several a day for orders (more drooling), and then opening a box from Berroco and having to count them (drool), price each one (drool), and put each one away (drool, drool.) It's amazing we get any work done with these guys around. Oh, and we like the stuff they're wearing, too.

    AnnaMarie

It got hot for a few hours here but honestly, after living through Idaho summers in the 90's this just doesn't feel like heat. Well there was that moment yesterday when I let my hair out of bondage.... Giant AFRO! Humidity is wierd.

    Renee

Oh geez, I need a fan and a cold drink.... hot!

    Sheila

The guy sweaters look very hot, especially the last one with the lovely blue eyes cables. I think I may have to look for the book so I can drool knit something for the old man my loving s-o. I'm really liking the stubble textures and the smile stitch definition. Yep, nothing like some pics of a good looking guy nice warm sweater to get my blood up.

Love your blog! I've been reading it for quite a while just never had anything to say before.

    JudithinNYC

Darn it, I am too old, I look at the model and can only think he looks the same age as my twins.

    marianne

Hot, indeed! I'm thinking Jill needs to be sure and hydrate OFTEN during her workdays... and Sheila? You are FUNNY! You certainly had something to say today, lol! Those are definitely some eye candy... ahem.. knits.

    LeslieEileen

I might actually have to buy the book for those scarves - the models will be a significant bonus... You should see if Ryan could get a job there - it'd boost their sales significantly and add to his income stream - winners all around :)

    LeslieEileen

damn it - why did I use significantly twice?? arrgh...

    Diane

HOT! HOT! HOT! Thanks for the recommendation for manly knitting and viewing.
Hot 'n Steamy here in CH, but, we've had since June to adjust.

    Kym

These guys are cute, sure, but I think Berroco should get George Clooney to model their sweaters. I think he'd be looking mighty fine in cables. . .

    Doris

Great scarves...oh, yeah, the guys aren't too bad either!

    Elizabeth

Still not hot here, just raining and raining, after a drought!
i admit to feeling the knitting urge again.
I am amazed at your squash, mine are still flowers or wee little blobs for goodness sake!
You've still not showing up in Bloglines, darlin'. I know you post every day but when one is tired at the end of the day and sits down for a quick read, one just tends to click on the hightlighted blog titles, you know?

    Gretch

hooo, boy, those are some nice sweaters. Really nice. Thanks, Norma, I needed that.

    Seanna Lea

It is definitely muggy around here. It makes it hard for me to sleep, but I tell myself this is more time to read (mostly) and knit (occasionally).

    Lyssa

I had to go out and pick up a copy of that for myself! Gorgeous stuff all round, and I like that the scarves use the same stitch patterns as the sweaters. That Nora is one clever babe.

    Ruth

I picked up Jared Flood's new book yesterday ("Made in Brooklyn", for Classic Elite). Yum.

    Suzanne

It was so cold at work today that the nice warm house I walked into feels so nice. I really like Norah's designs.

    elizabeth a airhart

eye candy love it now we have our romance novel men

    Sarah

My brain just won't focus. Perhaps I should try to think about scarves.

    thea

reminds me of college and high school when we cut out pics of men to put on our walls... Maybe you will need to do that, for the Knitting Inspiration?

    tayloe

I"m worried- I spent more time with the toad photos than these young very hunky men-I think the toad is far more interesting! Maybe it is time to go to the home.

    sandy

All of a sudden, I am in love with a beagle scarf. Huh. Who knew?

    claudia

    Cute. But too young.

    Tracy

Weird... I came to your blog after reading about it in the yorkie group on ravelry... but I buy stuff (and belong to the group) from Kaleidoscope Yarns online all the time!
