I've had a lot on my mind lately. A lot of good and some not so good. In any event, I've been very busy, and I thank Mr. Jefferies for having learned that when I'm focused on something, he needs to be patient and quiet and let me work. I am not even sure how that happened -- it just suddenly clicked this week, after I remarked to David that he's nothing like Vincent, who would sit quietly near my feet for hours on end when I was doing something. The little stinker heard me, apparently, and took it to heart. I have been doing lots of reading and studying and some online testing activities and some steno practice this week, and he's been just a perfect little sweetheart. Yesterday after I had been focused on the computer for a while, I got up to go to the bathroom, and this is what I saw in my steno case.
Wouldn't Ally just die if I opened up my case this morning and out popped Mr. Jefferies?
If you decide to try it, I suggest packing a your defibrillator.

Haha, aw, I would have loved to see Mr. Jefferies this morning! I bet the little furball would love coming to class.

Cute! It's interesting...we seem to be on the same path with our pups: I've been looking forward to the day my five month old pup will be old enough to hang out nearby with a bone when I am working on the computer--for even five minutes!--and just recently she started doing just that!

He looks a mite woeful and guilt-inducing. "A Alpha, I have been such a good dog for soooo long! Can we play now?"

Too cute!

"You go ahead and work, AApha, I'll be right here, (sigh), waiting. No really, don't mind me."

Aw, so cute! It's funny how they learn what we need and how to be the best little companions they can. Dogs are amazing and I suspect terriers are more intuitive than others by virtue of being smarter dogs in general...

So cutes!

He wants to help you!

Good for the 'good' stuff, and here's hoping for the very best for the 'not so good' stuff on your mind. Mr.J.. he really does just want to please you, be a good dog for you, right? plus I'm thinking he may have wanted to be packed and taken along..."don't forget me, A.Alpha!" regardless, he's a sweetiepie for sure and sounds to me he just hurtled over another little milestone.

Sorry to hear about the not-so-good. That is a damn cute dog, though.

Waaaay too adorable.
May your days run smoothly, and the "not so good" just go away...

Aw, he's so cute. But he's not "helping" you anymore? How're you getting anything done? I think he's trying to teach you a valuable lesson.
